- 5% Discount allowed for 3+ week bookings
- Bookings of less than one week please add £35 / $52
- Non-refundable Booking Deposit - £100 / $150 per week.
- The remainder is to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival
- Insurance with ARDI Travel Guard is required instead of a security deposit.. This will be arranged by our management company and the costs would $45 approx £28 which will be charged on the final balance payment.
- Security Deposit of £200 will be due with the balance - this will be refunded within 7 days, subject to management approval checks.
- Pool heating is an optional extra of £75/$112 per week. Pool heating is not normally required between the months of May to October.
- Extra cleaning, please add £65/$97
- Cots and high chairs available are free of charge
